Open Day Terms and Conditions

  • All entries must be a member of a golf club with a current CDH number and Handicap Index. Entries from FlexiClub (Wales) or IGolf (England) members will not be accepted.
  • To be eligible to win prizes, all entrants must have played in three qualifying competitions with 54 holes completed in the past 12 months preceding the date of the competition. For these competition rounds to qualify, they must be logged in the World Handicap System (WHS).
  • Full payment is required at entry.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation more than two weeks before event – full refund
  • Cancellation less than two weeks before event, or failure to cancel – no refund. As a good will gesture, a midweek voucher to return will be offered in lieu.

Course Restrictions

  • In the unlikely event that there are restrictions on the use of trolleys and/or buggies, entrants will be advised at the earliest opportunity.
  • If the course is closed, we will look to arrange an alternative date. If this is not possible, entrants will be contacted to advise.

Transferable booking

  • Bookings are transferable.  Should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such provided they fulfil the entry requirements.

Terms of Competition

  • Llanishen Golf Club Terms of Competition apply. The club reserves the right to amend any detail or condition of the competition at any time.
  • The competition committee will have the final decision regarding any disputes, rulings, or prize allocation on the day.
