    How to Book

    Tee Time bookings can be made online or via contacting the Club directly.

    For groups of 8 or more, please contact the club office on 029 2075 5078 (ext 3)


    Payment

    Payment may be settled by debit /credit card or by bank transfer.

    For online bookings payment will be required immediately.


    Cancellations

    If you cancel more than seven days before the date of your booking, a refund will be issued.

    If you cancel less than seven days in advance of your booking, no refund will be issued. As a good will gesture, a green fee voucher will be offered.

    The club reserves the right to cancel a booking and a full refund will be made in this instance.


    Food & Beverage

    Our franchise caterers, ADL Catering, serve a wide and excellent choice of snacks and bar meals including Vegetarian and Vegan options. Please order at the bar after play.

    General catering hours can be found below. Please note these may be adjusted during winter months and public/bank holidays.

    Monday – Friday | 11:00 to 18:00
    Saturday | 11:00 to 20:30
    Sunday | 11:00 to 16:00


    Dress Code

    We expect all members and guests to wear clean, smart, golf attire throughout the course and in the clubhouse.

    ON COURSE

    • Men’s shirts must have a collar and sleeves (Turtle/Roll Neck are acceptable)
    • Shirts must be tucked in except for women who wear long shaped shirts
    • Recognised golf hoodies with a discreet motif or logo are acceptable
    • Shorts made specifically for golf or tailored shorts, with short long white socks
    • Recognised golf shoes
    • Golfing headwear must be worn with the peak forwards

    IN THE BAR

    • Recognised golf attire or smart casual dress
    • Tee shirts are not allowed: collared shirts should be tucked into jeans, trousers or shorts.
    • Smart Jeans may be worn as long as they are not ripped or frayed
    • Recognised golf hoodies with a discreet motif or logo are acceptable
    • Tracksuits, collarless shirts, vests, combat trousers, cargo shorts, waterproof clothing are not permitted
    • Trainers acceptable year round. Soft spikes and dimple soled shoes may be worn in the Summer Months.
    • Flip flops, Crocs or Sliders are not permitted in the clubhouse.

    The lead booker for the group is responsible for ensuring all players are familiar with the dress code before visiting.


    Upon Arrival

    All golfers should check-in for their round in the Pro Shop.


    Tees

    All visitors may play from the Yellow or Red tees only.


    Playing Formats & Pace of Play

    All golfers will play in a stableford format. Scramble formats are not permitted at any time.

    A good pace of play should be kept by all golfers and “Ready Golf” is expected at all times. We would expect a fourball to play 18 holes in under four hours.


    Buggies & Trolleys

    Llanishen has five buggies available to hire for £30.00 each.
    Push trolleys are available to hire from the Pro Shop for £5.00 each.
    In the event of inclement weather, these services may be restricted.


    Mobile Phones

    Phones should be kept on silent at all times. Voice calls are not permitted in the clubhouse.


    Storage

    We are unable to store any golf clubs or belongings before or after play at the Club.

What a gem. A relatively short course, but this is a real challenge with small and fast greens, mature trees, steep slopes and crossfalls which give you a tough workout.
