Societies are welcome to make bookings for parties from 10 upwards at a cost of £21 per person per round. For groups of 10 or more the organiser is free and receives a sleeve of 3 logo balls.
(Members may be excluded from total numbers but must not sign in Society members as guests.) 

Our usual day for Societies is Thursday but we will allow some Societies to play on a Friday dependent on Club fixtures. Should you require catering this can be arranged with your booking.

Please look at the Society Packages available and then check with the Office either by email or telephone to book your preferred date. The form can be printed for completion and return to the Office.

We do have a strict dress code. To avoid any embarrassment please ensure that all members of your Society are aware of the code.
